Ingredients

  • 2 boxes puff pastry 17.3 oz each, thawed
  • 2 blocks cream cheese 8 oz each, softened
  • 1 wheel brie cheese 8 oz
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 can cranberry sauce 14 oz
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp chilled
  • 2 packages phyllo cups 15 count each
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Thaw puff pastry and phyllo cups.
  2. Prepare no-bake appetizers first, such as shrimp cocktail and cranberry-cream cheese dip. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Assemble baked bites: fill phyllo cups with brie and cranberry sauce, wrap bacon around dates, and roll sausage balls.
  4. Bake appetizers at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp, rotating pans halfway through.
  5. Add grape jelly meatballs and buffalo chicken dip to a slow cooker and cook on low for 2–3 hours.
  6. Transfer hot appetizers to warm platters and garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Refresh platters every 45 minutes to keep the spread looking abundant.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your party!
