Ingredients
Method
- Instructions
- Chill the cranberry juice, orange juice, and sparkling wine.
- If using a sugar rim, pour the sugar onto a small plate. Lightly moisten the outside edge of each glass with water and dip the rim into the sugar.
- Pour 1 oz cranberry juice and ½ oz orange juice into each of six glasses.
- Slowly top each glass with 3 oz sparkling wine.
- Garnish with two cranberries and one small rosemary sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Pure cranberry juice produces a tart drink; cranberry juice cocktail usually makes a sweeter one.
- Use dry sparkling wine for a less-sweet result, and pour it gently to preserve the bubbles.
- For a mocktail, replace the sparkling wine with chilled sparkling water or nonalcoholic sparkling wine.
- For a pitcher, combine the juices ahead of time and add the sparkling wine just before serving.
- Keep leftover juice covered and refrigerated. Fully mixed mimosas are best served immediately.
